It is amazing to see the differences between the speeches of Gordon Brown (Prime Minister of the UK) and George W. Bush (President of the U.S.)
I’ll try to look for videos of both online and post them bellow, but the Bush’s speech seems to be address to 5 year old’s whereas Brown’s speech is coherent and addresses the issues with adequate language. It lays out the steps being taken and is clear enough that commentators and spectators alike can follow.
